The strength and history of STATÜ PLUS in the construction sector is based on the family company Sağlam Construction Company established in 1993.

Considering the changes and needs in the construction sector, Sercan SAĞLAM, the 2nd generation representative of the family, founded Statü Plus Real Estate Investment Construction Limited Company in 2006 in order to create living spaces that adapt to technology, raise living standards and make them privileged as well as the need for shelter with environmentally sensitive buildings.

STATÜ PLUS, which adds value to the regions where it has developed its projects since its establishment, raises the standards of that region with the innovation and technology it brings, aims to be a pioneering company that gives identity to the city with its modern architecture. STATÜ PLUS started the process of institutionalization from a family company with the establishment of the company in 2006. With its visionary perspective, the company continues to strengthen its structure with professional and effective people specialized in their fields.
